Manzaneque Winery Tierra de Castilla
This is an ideal area for grape growing because the yield per hectare is not very high, especially in old vineyards. Furthermore, the large number of hours of sunshine enjoyed by their vines, their maturation cycle and the health of their vines are extraordinary.
Paloma Mínguez, Wines of Valencia
Our Paloma Mínguez and Paloma Mínguez Rosé Cavas are made with grapes of the Macabeo and Chardonnay varieties in the white and Garnacha in the Rosé, from vineyards located in Requena (Valencia), with clay soils and worked with organic viticulture.
The area has a Mediterranean climate with continental features, with cold and long winters in contrast to short summers, with hot, dry days and cool nights.
Our Paloma Mínguez Bobal is made with grapes from the 40-year-old plot called “El Ardal” with sandy-clay soil and a large amount of stone on the surface.
The area has a Mediterranean climate with a slight continentalization due to the height and distance from the sea.
